Oh my god, I’m now having visions of Charles becoming a sort of hub for mutant communication all over the world. Not in the sense that he controls it, but he just sort of… dissolves into them and connects them. IDK it’s kind of fucked up.

That’s an idea Helens78 and I used in our dystopic Hellfire AU— Charles & Cerebro were the main way the mutant resistance communicated, undetectably. One of my favorite background aspects in that ‘verse. I still miss that one sometimes. Why can’t writing be as fast & easy as plotting?

Any chances of a Hellfire AU update? As much as I love B&D verse, I miss reading about Hellfire verse too. Just a question.

Probably not, unfortunately. We love that verse, but we came up with so much of it so fast, and it would take so much writing to tell it all, and meanwhile we have all these other things going…
